Hover over the content you want to move until the edit outline box appears. Pick the first icon/X with your mouse and drag the box to the location you desire. It is sometimes tricky to let it go and have it land exactly where you want. Practice is the only way to perfect the drop.
Fix Row Width
Sometimes when you are moving things around, you made the width of the column much smaller/larger than the 1190pzx wide it should be. this can happen when you move the column width handle
To Fix
Open the Row Settings
1 = make sure the Width is 1190px. Edit it to be so.
2 = Save edit
