How to make carousel images uniform size

1. In general make your images no more than 250px for a 4 column carousel grid or 300px for a 3 column.
2. The next step is to make all your logos the same height.  I have found the easiest way for uniformity is to make the logo space square, for example 300px x 300px and center the logo in its square.
