Form creation includes:
- Adding fields to a saved form. It’s nothing more than drag and drop
- Setting up confirmation process once user chooses submit.
- Setting up notifications to send the form responses to internal staff
- Setting up pdf if you need a printable copy of form for internal use
Then you need to place the form onto a page. It is either added:
- To an existing page
- Create a new page just for the form
Confirmation process is either a message on the form page, or a separate page to visit after user chooses submit.
You might also plan to add the new online form page to your document library as an external link.
