Form Creation

Form creation includes:

  1. Adding fields to a saved form. It’s nothing more than drag and drop
  2. Setting up confirmation process once user chooses submit.
  3. Setting up notifications to send the form responses to internal staff
  4. Setting up pdf if you need a printable copy of form for internal use

Then you need to place the form onto a page.  It is either added:

  1. To an existing page
  2. Create a new page just for the form

Confirmation process is either a message on the form page, or a separate page to visit after user chooses submit.

You might also plan to add the new online form page to your document library as an external link.
