As the Internet use evolves, new features are developed for the Clarity Cloud Service service. Sometimes we see a needed feature and decide that a third party already offers a good solution and it can be easily used within your Clarity Cloud website service.
Examples of services that are not proprietary to Clarity Cloud but can be implemented include:
- Live chat services
- Emergency notification website alerts coupled with email, text and/or phone outreach
- Reservation services
- Scheduling services
- Customer service ticket tracking systems
- Live and taped audio or visual meeting services
Most third party services do not need any additional technical consulting from AccuNet Web Services beyond embedding their code into the website. The exception may occur if you want us to research solutions or act as project manager in service set up. We quote this need as a separate project.
